1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Spacemen Signs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Spacemen Signs provides custom mat manufacturing, printing, and delivery services including but not limited to logo floor mats, commercial entrance mats, coir mats, 3D printed mats, outdoor mats, mall walk-off mats, and personalised branded mats.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on size, material, design complexity, and quantity changes after the initial quote.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote acceptance and required deposit payment.
- A deposit of 50% is required before production commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery.
- Payment can be made via EFT, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
5. Design & Artwork
- Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and artwork suitable for printing.
- We provide free digital mockups for approval before production begins.
- Production will only commence once the client has approved the final design in writing.
- Spacemen Signs is not responsible for errors in artwork approved by the client.
6. Production & Delivery
- Production lead times vary by product and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery is available nationwide across South Africa.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
8. Intellectual Property
Clients warrant that they own or have the right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for production. Spacemen Signs accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
Spacemen Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
